Community Ambassador

1099 Contractor / Performance-Based

We're looking for people who are passionate about changing how dating apps work. Community ambassadors help spread the word about Candor in their communities, whether that's a college campus, a local community group, or anywhere people are tired of manipulative dating apps.

What you'll do

  • Share Candor with your friends, classmates, and community
  • Host small events or conversations about dating app ethics
  • Gather feedback from potential users in your area
  • Help us understand what matters to people in your community
  • Create authentic content about why you believe in honest dating

Who you are

  • Genuinely frustrated with how dating apps treat people
  • Well-connected in your community (campus, neighborhood, social circles)
  • Comfortable talking to people and sharing ideas
  • Active on social media (not required, but helpful)
  • Excited about building something that respects users

How it works

  • This is a 1099 contractor role with complete flexibility
  • You earn money for every user you refer who signs up, completes their profile, and gets their first match
  • No caps, no quotas, no minimum hours
  • Early access to Candor and input on product direction
